You will need to contact your service provider. A visit to the office would be better and you could fill out any forms necessary. Take your other bills with you and any check stubs (from work or unemployment). They will need proof of your necessity.

You get a job, work, and at the end of the pay period they hand you your check. Use the proceeds to pay your bill.

sometimes salvation army helps also you could go to community action
