mewtwo must be migrated or traded, mew migrated or traded, heatran you get from battle island on stark mountain, its more of a cave but its called mountain, giratina you need national dex then you need to go to veilstone then head south and a cave opens up, cresselia you need national. then talk to sailors house in cannalave, the kid is asleep and is muttering, talk to wife, then talk to sailor, then he take u to full moon island, then u see cresselia then its found throughout sinnoh. arceus is obtainable from a nintendo event, or the action replay for ds
