daewoo matiz alternator . have got to change the alternator looks like a bit of a tight squeeze .?

if any one has done one before can you offer any tips .

It is a tight squeeze, but possible - there is enough space if you can get underneath the car.
I've not done it myself, but know it was done on the test vehicles during development of the Matiz.
