Most people don't like arrogance in other people. Just be nice, and if you are really THAT good, trust me, people will see it. Arrogance is usually a sign of low self esteem, as you aren't really that great, so you choose to be arrogant to make up for what you are lacking. Just be yourself.

The arrogant person won't have any friends for sure...

make no one want to be around them because they think they are better...actually most arrogance is due to quite the opposite....probably why my ex is only arrogant towards me he knows he can get the best of me but nicey nice to everyone else...oh sorry for the rant, sore subject...lol .. a self absorbed individual only looks out for number one...(me) cares about no one just themselves....
