AVG Free is crap!
Mostly noobs, the naive, the computer illiterate, and children use AVG Free. These types love AVG because they say it is easy to use and almost never bothers them with any pop-ups or warnings. Of course AVG Free never bothers them, it hardly ever finds any virus to warn them about!
In test,

etc. etc. etc, ad nauseam, AVG free fares poorly.
AVG has proven itself to be a miserable performer at best. Missing almost 20%, while trying to detect known malware, in some tests. Not to mention almost non-existent heuristic detection and infrequent "once-a day" updates.
AVG. = Average, at best!
There are much better free alternatives such as Avria Anti-Vir:

and Active Virus Shield:

can you use the software to clean delete or quarantine the trojan. If so try to delete it first, if it wont allow it try to clean or quarantine it. If this does not work go try and restore the computer back to a previous date before this trojan appeared on your hard drive. If all else fails you can make sure you back up all files you require on your computer and hopefully you should already have a recovery disk so you can use then to clear your computer and put it right.

So no-one actually answered your question yet....
If AVG gives you a pop-up and it wont delete it for you - thats because you cant delete something loaded into memory.
The AVG pop-up does sow you a 'path' to the trojan....write that down!
looks like c:\windows\system32\...\..
open the task manager (Do Not Close the Task Manager) ctrl+alt+del or right click the desktops toolbar and choose task manager from the menu.
in task manager switch to the processes tab and high-light 'Explorer' click end process.
Then click 'file' then 'new task' from the menu bar.
type 'cmd' press enter.
at the prompt type 'cd\' press enter, now it just says 'c:>'
then type the path to the trojan but not the file itself, example; 'cd folder\folder\folder\' and press enter.
then type 'dir [trojan filename]'
this verifies the file is in the location..
then type 'del [trojanfilename]'
do not forget to type the extension. {filename.ext}
after the delete happens go back to your task manager and click file - new task and type 'explorer' press enter......
p.s. the reeeeaaaaallllllllllllllllllllllyyyyy long answer isn't bad...but i read it and didnt see a direct answer for you that actually related to your question.

first undertaking, avg loose is between the worst loose ones i've got encountered. what you have become is probable a faux valuable, winhelp is a microsoft proprietary utility that launches once you're applying the help window in domicile windows and you like extra information, it launches domicile windows help on your browser so which you will discover extra education approximately your issue (although you have been applying help for). it has an .exe report, this is probable what avg is analyzing. i do no longer propose deleting it in any respect. attempt getting avast domicile (this is loose) i've got on no account had any themes with it, whilst in comparison with avg loose.

If it won't allow you to delete or quarantine it, it could be because it is in the System Restore files. To clear it, disable System Restore, reboot and re-enable System Restore when you log back on. This process will clear old Restore points.

Allow AVG to "Heal" the virus. If it can't remove the virus through healing, the let it put the virus into the "Virus Vault".

See if it will clean the virus or quarantine it. Visit their website http://www.grisoft.com and see if the trojan has any other removal steps or look it up on Google and find the removal steps.
