How often are you suposed to change the ring?

You leave it in for three weeks, and then have a week off before inserting a new one.

You leave the ring in place for 3 weeks, remove it on the 4th week (for 7 days) then insert a new ring.
As an example:
Insert on May 14.
Leave in place till June 10.
Remove on June 11.
Insert new ring on June 18.
And you (as a guy) need to know this WHY?

your put the ring in for 21 days and than you take it out for 7 days and after the 7 days are up you put in a new one in every month i use the Nuva Ring and i think it has to be the most easiest birth control out there.

Once a month basically. You wear 3 weeks 1 week without and replace.
