I explode like a big explodie thing and then I'm fine moments later. And you're right, it does feel so much better. Cleaning up the debris can be a pain, but it's usually worth it either way.

It depends on the argument and context. When I argue with my family or close relatives, I can scream and accuse and annoy them as hell. And they do the same. But after 10 minutes when I get back into the room, we just start talking as if none of it ever happened. Lol. We're mental.

I usually let it build, then I explode, and then, depending on what the other person does about it, I can either get over it within half an hour, or I can fume about it for days.

Depends on how mad I am. But normally when I get really upset, I just walk away and stay away and I would need to either call or talk to someone right away to vent so that it will dissipate, otherwise I will be in that mood for awhile.

Give me about an hour because just when I think OK I'm cool the anger starts to rise to the top again.
