Carbohydrates are forms of energy such as glucose as in sugar, and starch. These simply supply your body with energy and do not affect height. Caffeine however, has been known to stunt growth. Sleep deprivation has also been linked to stunted growth as during 10:00pm-1:00am is when the body releases the most growth hormone for most people. Hope that helps!

Your height has to do with your genes, if your parents are tall you more then likely will be tall, if short then you will be short.
This you can not change....
