Actually december 25th gives capricorn. Maybe the moon was in sagittarius, so you're not totally out of bounds.
One may point out also that Year 0 was that of the Goat. So Jesus would have been a Goat and a Capricorn.
The chinese goat sign and the capricorn sign are much alike. I won't give away links to prove my point, in case you think I'm trying to send you biased sources. Info is not hard to find on that subject anyway.
The september case deserves a debate also. Because september on the ancient roman calendar probably did not mean september on our calendars. Don't you remember? The roman year used to start in Mars!
The August month really was named after Emperor Augustus, and July stands for Julius Cesar. These two were added to the calendar after the Jesus was born.
However that's what historians tell, and you may decide not to believe it, for any historical argument can certainly be annihilated just like other type of argument.

Calenders are man made concepts that went though many changes. Dec. 25th was the winter solstice in the pre-Caesar calender. This had 10 months of alternating 30 and 31 days, followed by a "winter gap", the length of which varied from year to year.
Also there was no year zero.
Besides, why would Jesus be controled by astrology at all?

You know, what many people said is true. I am not personally sure when Jesus was born. I think that he was just a normal man with exceptional gifts. He was most certainly not infallible, as the Romans proved to the world....
So the rules still apply to him. Not to say that he wasn't a great man, it is just that I think he is just that, a man. Like everyone else. So why would he not be effected by astrology? I wonder what his natal chart looks like.

The other person is right December isn't even the correct MONTH of Christ's birth. And also what does Jesus have to do with astrology? If you don't believe in it, stay out of this section, it really is that easy!

well first off ur wrong...jesus is NOT a sagittarius.
he was "supposedly" (i say this becuz there is talk of it not being his real b-day becuz of the season or wuteva) born Dec.25 : which would make him a Capricorn.
but he WAS born in the age of Pisces!!!
yay!!!
Neway come on now he's Jesus!!! as if its gunna affect him!!...but who knowz, maybe it did! like it says that a fallen Angel gave us humans the gift of Astrology in the first place. and i totally believe it, but i believe in strongly in astrology so that shouldn't be so surpising.
