Measure around your chest under your breasts.

If its odd, add five, if its even, add four. That is your band size.

Measure around the widest part of your breasts at the nipples.

Take that first measurement from that measurement.

1" is an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C, etc.

Or go to Sears, Nordstrom's, or JCPenney's (not victoria secret).

most larger department stores like macy's (i recommend macy's) will measure you and help you to find the perfect bra. Here in St. Louis there is a store called Ann's Bra and Lingerie, I have very large breasts and I went there and they measured me and helped me to find the right bra for me. Some stores won't carry the bigger sizes so if you are a larger breasted woman then you will need to ask them if they know of anywhere that you can get the larger sizes. I spent around $40 per bra when i got mine. Good luck finding the right bra!!!

Trying to remember how to do this exactly I might be a little off
take a tape measure around Measure (with tape snugged) around rib cage directly under bust that is your 32 34 36 size now take the tape measure completely around the fullest part of the bust - do not pull tight. If bust measurement is 1" inch over band measurement, you are an 'A' cup. 2" above band measurement is a 'B' cup and so on.

I just go to Norstroms and have them size me. It's all extremely professional. I get my size, and purchase the bra they reccomend. Then I come home and find it online MUCH cheapier. My favorite brand is Chantelle, a bit expensive but they are AWESOME with lots of support and fairly cute too. My partner loves them!

Measure all the way around under your boobs & measure on the boobs too. The difference in sizes equals your cup size.
