I have to admit, when the OC first came on I was not a fan, i didnt watch it at all. but suddenly i started to start watching it from season 1 and wow i am so amazed. I LOVE IT! i started to watched it before it got cancelled and it just seemed to have have went down hill than from season1. now i'm like obsesed. is there anyone out there that is like me? give me your input. thanks

i agree with blue! i loved the show! i have all the 3 first seasons and am going today to get the final season! i have watches and shirts and folder and spirals and pens and all kind of things from the show! i was and still am addicted to it! but the thing with me is i got addicted the first episode and havent been able to stop watching since!

And no one dare to call it a lame show!!!!... Cuz he'll have to deal with me...
I'm soooooooo in love with the OC... At first no one is a fan, but then, when you start watching it and get attached to the characters... OMG, than it becomes real real obsession!!!...
I loved every single episode and I'm so terribly sorry that I won't watch that show again, cuz it has really meant sth to me... It made California my dream place, it made "California" by Phantom Planet my favourite song, it made the ocean my endless love, it made Adam, Mischa, Ben and Rachel my favourite actors... it just made up some pieces of my world... and if you don't believe it, have a look at my mini-profile! I was- and I am- such a lover of OC cuz it was an amazing and beautiful show, the best ever, if you ask me, and the fact it got cancelled was like... "Murder me!!!"...
... Well, now I feel a bit more relaxed than the first moment I heard the news it was being cancelled, but for me it's still difficult that I won't see those pretty faces and those great places all gathered up when I'll turn my TV on...
But life goes on... And I'll try to, but OC will 4ever remain my fave fave favourite show, tha one that made those monotone, simple night, just be special... I LOVE OC!!!

i am the exact opposite as you... sort of. i loved the show at first because of the story line, but hated it because i live near orange county and thought that the show was overrated. i learned to just let that pass by me and loved it even more when luke and marissa broke up and marissa went with ryan (also when seth and summer started to go out. they're my fave couple there). but i started to get really irritated when seth and summer were teetering back and forth of their relationship and even more when marissa's dad went away forever because his dad was a constant jack ***. the last episode i REALLY followed was when caleb died and the last episode i vaguely followed was when seth and ryan went to mexico to find volchok and summer was going all nature-ey. i think when marissa was killed, that's when the show started to decline in popularity.
oh, and btw... orange county is still overrated.
