It may be a myth or legend, but I heard that strawberries and oysters are both aphrodisiacs (spelling?). But, from personal experience I will tell you that if the man I care about takes the time to prepare me a nice home cooked meal, sets the mood, candles and music. I would be instantly aroused and chances are he is gonna get some.

It's my understanding that you have to focus more on preparing foods for people that *smell* "sexy," like those which contain cinnamon or apples (which studies have shown are smells that turns people on.) A great sidedish to incorporate those powerful scents would be, of course, some cinnamon baked apples (they're cheap and easy, lol.) Any maindish that doesn't overpower the scent of the apples would do just fine.... And while we're on the subject, you'll want to steer clear of foods that make her feel less sexy, like ones that produce gastric issues (like broccoli, beans -- you get my drift?)
People sexually respond more to the smell of the food than the food itself.
Good luck, Casanova ;-)

Sorry but probably not. There is a whole world of purported "Aphrodisiac foods" but really, its all suggestion. However, there are plenty of ways to set the mood and serving some of these foods wouldn't hurt - most are yummy.

Tequila. It's liquid panty remover.
If you're looking for more of a romantic approach, a nice bottle of wine, cooking the dinner yourself, and setting the mood will get you a better response than the food item itself.

Good, rich, expensive CHOCOLATE! Semi-sweet or dark chocolate truffles, milk chocolate with mint, etc. Hershey is good but not for seduction, gotta shell out the bucks for the good stuff. The purer the chocolate the better. Gets a womans endorphins naturally going. Works for me anyway. :) Good luck on your quest of seduction.

Any food eaten with someone she enjoys. It doesn't have to be a candle lit dinner;. it could be Arby's. It's not about the food, rather the personalities and interest in each other. Talk to each other....that is the key.

I have no idea, being a female I guess the food would also accompany atmosphere. I believe it takes more than just food or a food dish.

I don't think so........ The only reason a girl would feel sexy after eating is if you took them to an expensive restaurant. It's not the food it's the atmosphere.

I agree with the atmosphere, company, and all that etc. so if all of that is in place, I also love the cliche strawberries and chocolate, or I love strawberries dipped in any kind of champagne, specifically Martini & Rossi Asti Spumante. Reowr!
