Mushrooms in my pots?

I'm growing some vegetables in pots. I'll be transplanting them in the ground soon. They are tomatoes, beans, and cucumbers. Lately I've been finding mushrooms growing in them. I know the mushrooms are poisonous. Sometimes they have a black top and gray stem. Other times Orange top with white stem. Will these cause any harm to my plants? I usually dig them out when I see them growing.

The mushrooms aren't just growing on the top part of the pot. When I picked up the pot to see if the roots had reached the bottom. I found some of the orange mushrooms growing in the drainage holes.

Your potting soil had spores in it. Try watering with a 10% solution of vinegar and water or buy a fungicide.

Just keep picking them out .Promptly, before they can get old enough to generate new spores. They won't hurt your plants , and aren't poisonous to the touch (Wash your hands thoroughly before handling food, of course) . Might even help, by breaking down organic matter, in the soil, faster.

Check with poison control. You may need to know the species of mushroom. Some are only poisonous to eat, others may have poisonous spores.

The mushrooms won't hurt the plants it comes in the soil your using if they bother you just pull them up and toss them then make sure you use gloves and wash your hands well.

I believe you, the fowl and mushroom ones are foul. i like the Bombay undesirable boy ones with Nan bread , sounds weird and wonderful yet have confidence me Pot Noodles with Nan bread are scrumptious!
