I feel that inner beauty is always better then outer beauty. I know most people feel that when a person says that, that they are really ugly, but that's just not so. A person needs to have inner beauty to have true outer beauty. A person can me the most beautiful person in the world but if they don't have inner beauty they will never truly be a beautiful person all over. Hope this helps!

Inner beauty is better than outer beauty. Because a good mind is always a good companion for everyone. Try to love and respect the inner beauty of a person.

I think inner beauty creates outer beauty. I have seen some beautiful people on the outside but they were blahs to me or had no beauty because there was nothing on the inside. Look at the persons eyes they are the doors to his soul!!!
Dark eyes no beauty even if the person is a famous celebrity or has a great gift...the eyes tell everything.

Totally. Which lasts longer?
But don't be a sucker for those people who try to be a "beautiful person" - and who get called a "beautiful person" by so many! 99 out of a hundred of these people have used "being a beautiful person" as a little way of making their incredible tediousness, lack of wit, creativity and spontaneity socially acceptable. They know it's a glamming up of "being boring". So, instead of the people who love their cystals and not much else, look for people who may well have an edge, but will fight tooth and nail for the right thing. Or the person who would give you the shirt off his back. Or the person who sees the bad day you're having and cracks just the right joke at just the right time. They are the ones with inner beauty. I think you are too, judging by your question :)

Sadly people do judge you when they see you for the first time."First impressions". But me personally I feel that inner beauty is what counts. You could be the most gorgeous person in the world, but if your attitude is horrible then you might as well be ugly because no one is going to like you or want to be around you, yeah you might have people gawking at you all the time but you wouldn't actually have anyone. I know that everyone, whether they admit it or not, judge by first impressions, they "judge a book by it's cover". But almost always if you take the time to talk to someone and get to know them they are the most beautiful people in the world and that is solely from their personality.
So I think inner beauty is better then outer beauty.

Inner beauty is better than outer beauty (just like inner ugliness is worse than outer ugliness) because being beautiful inside makes you beautiful outside.

As j smit hsaid, and I agree, inner ugliness IS worse than outer ugliness. And if by inner beauty you mean personality, yes. Inner beauty is better than outer beauty.

Horace in"De Medicament Faciei" (Making Up the Face) pointed out that this was far more effective than any cosmetic. I believe he wrote truly and eloquently. No outer beauty can possibly compare with inner beauty, nor can any outer beauty really hide the lack thereof.

In my opinion Yes, you can be the most beautiful person on the outside and be totally ugly inside, inner beauty is more important because it shows compassion and what kind of heart a person has!
