What are these "neighbors" you speak of?

I don't think I've EVER borrowed anything from my neighbors nor have my neighbors ever borrowed anything from me? I live in a large condo building & most of the time I don't see anybody?! It seems like they either come out really early or come home really late?!

I know who my neighbors are. One is the drunk guy who pounds on the wall. The other is the personal trainer who makes people run around the parking lot with reins on- no kidding. I don't think either of them would have sugar.

I had to borrow a cup of icing sugar when I was frosting my dad's birthday cake because I hadn't known we were out. In the past I've also borrowed canola oil and flour.
My neighbour also patches my jeans for me because I don't know how to use a sewing machine.

we dont...but we have a neighbor who borrows everything from us.....milk, eggs, sugar, cigarettes (k he doesnt borrow those lol)
