There is a sign, on the gates of the playground that you may "only enter the playground with a child" and you see all these adult men sitting there, having lunch and cussing??

I don't mean to say that all of them use a bad language but what if they are perverts or pedophile? How do you know?

Yeah, that isn't right. They shouldn't be there if they don't have a kid. Does your state have a Profanity Law? These laws vary widely by not only state, but by municipality (city, town, village, etc.). But you should check if your state or municipality has it. Public use of profanity in front of children, especially, isn't right. If people want to do it in their own homes, that's one thing, but in public people don't want to always hear it when they have their children with them. Not only that, but these guys are loitering, there is most likely a law for that at the playground since they posted you can only be there with a child. Definitely call the police and ask them about this. With kids, you just can't be too careful these days. In the area I live, we don't really have a playground that is posted like that, but even still, I think there should be. Good luck.

Yes, that is not right! I have never heard of a playground area that only allowed children lol

Get the number to the non-emergency number for your police dept. and when you see these guys there - call the number and tell them what the problem is. Tell the dispatcher you think they're pervs or dealing drugs. After the cops show up a few times to disperse these guys, they won't show up anymore

That's wrong in so many ways. It is wrong to be cussing around the little ones - even if you are a parent it is still wrong. Are they pervs??

that's why they have the sign....so people only go with their kids!if they cus and all,i'd call the cops!that way the cops could deal with it!!that's their job anyway!!
