You should give more details as to what happens if you type the soundpedia.com address in your browser. Does it spit out a 404 Not found error, or something else?
Try the same website from a different computer, if it works, then the problem lies with your computer only.
But please add more details here.

If you're typing it as sound pedia.com it's probably because of the space between sound and pedia. The correct site is:
http://soundpedia.com/
If you're typing it correctly (or if the link above doesn't work) your parents / teacher may have installed a lock that prevents you from going to the site. Check with them if you have a genuine reason to go there so that they can unblock the site.
