two things.
1-absolute moron who doesnt have the braisn to worry (thats what most people think right off the bat, but thats not all you little emo kids =P )
2- someone who has completely figured out what they want and how to get it, they have no more doubts about themselves or what thye do. someone with complete resolve they worked very hard for. something beyond most people.
someone who knows who they are and accepts it happily.
