I love to take them, but I rarly do though, because if I take a nap during the day unless I am really sick then I will be up all night.

Me and sleep don't agree on most occasions, though when I finally do get to sleep at night...or morning on vampire shift it isn't usually long enough to call a sleep anyway so I guess my daily sleeps could gtechnically be called naps.

Regardless of the time of day, if it starts raining, I quickly jump into bed and listen to the rain on my tin roof.
It usually ends up being a nice nap!

yes sumtimes because i never can sleep at night
and also taking naps during the day is very good for the heart..but excercise is better

yes, if I can steal an hour or so -- I love naps they are so great, we need a national nap time

Yes I have to take short ones in the afternoons to recharge......
