I'm actually pretty successful at what I do but I'm ready for somthing new. I'm considering paralegal training. I've been told I should be a lawyer. Certificate good enough for entry? Certification? I hear the market is pretty good..

where I live in NJ the market for paralegals is very poor but maybe it's different in other regions. if you've been told you should be a lawyer, maybe you should be a lawyer? if you think being a paralegal is anything like being a lawyer, you are in for a rude awakening. because paralegals seem to struggle for respect and decent pay, in my experience.
