I think you have communication and respect issues.
Advice: Next time you are considering having an affair with a married woman. Either think about how it would be if someone cheated on you or remember how it felt when someone cheated on you.
Fact: You are engaging in risky behavior. The more partners you have the higher the risk, protection does fail.
Opinion: Consider counseling to discover why wives are a passing fancy.
As for what I feel or think about you as a person. I do not know you to answer that. Commenting on something posted based on information is easy. Offering an opinion on someone you only know a detail about is impossible for me.
