You mean the guy in the news, who's going to sue? What I don't get , is why he spent the lot, knowing his wife would be left with nothing. I have twin brothers, and 2 years ago, they were told to prepare for the worst. One was told it was likely he had leukemia. He didn't. The other was told he had lung cancer after being involved in a crash and having the usual hospital checks and x-rays. He was told the tumour was too big to operate on, and to spend his last few months with his family. A week later, he was called back to see the consultant and was told he'd need more x-rays as the tumour on the 1st lot seemed to have "vanished". Nothing showed up. Call it a miracle or gross incompetence. He's going to sue them. Which is what I'd do.

I would sue the doctor because that is against there job description to give out any life threatning information without absolute certainty that its true.

nothing..... I wouldnt have given my stuff away i wasnt DEAD yet I would have WAITED until i died for someone else to hand out my stuff to my family! duh , Plus it would be to late if i did give my stuff away i just have to go and get new things, thats what i would get for doing that (stupid) WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
