I came across a very odd lamp it has a stamp on the bottom russell1993 can someone help me find its value?

I have taken pictures of it so let me know if that will help.

It was bought at a sanfrancisco art gallery Its made out of Iron Its 6 feet 8 inches tall has a red glass sahde and sits in iron prongs the base twists

What kind of lamp? Pottery, metal, etc. I tried looking based on the stamp, but wasn't able to find anything. Does it look anything like this one on eBay?
