I have not heard of developing little bruises on your belly, but the frequent urination is normal. Your baby is growing and your uterus is expanding to accommodate the growth. It is pushing on all your internal organs, including your bladder, so it can not hold much urine before you get the urge to go. As far as the bruises, I would mention it to your doctor at your next appointment.

Do you bruise easily? If so, then there is a good chance your bruising is from the baby kicking. As for the peeing, you basically have a watermelon sitting on your bladder, leaving not a lot of room, which has you rushing to the bathroom so there is room for more. It's a bit annoying, but the upside is that it will soon be over and you will have a baby.

Peeing a lot during the last few weeks of pregnancy is very common. The baby "drops" into position. You may notice its easier to breathe, but that you have to pee all the time b/c the baby is resting on your bladder.
as far as the bruises go, it could mean that you have a bit of iron-deficiency. Its very common in pregnancy b/c the baby uses up a lot of your iron supply. Being iron-deficient can cause you to bruise easily and just the slightest nudge can end up a dark bruise. Ask your OB to do an iron test (they usually just prick your finger). They may ask you to take additional iron supplements for your last few weeks. But be warned, they can cause constipation, so eat lots of fiber too.

It is all normal your baby dropped, causeing the brusining and your blatter now has a baby lying on it so that is why you are peeing more. The bruising could also be what happens to a lot of woman do you have a very dark line right in the middle of your belly?

Right now your baby is sitting right on you bladder and when it moves it pushes down on it even more. The bruises could be from the increased blood volume your body has to support the baby. Don't worry it is completely normal. I went through the same thing and I have a happy healthy 3 month old baby girl.

hi
the joys of mother hood, *smile* the peeing allot is normal your baby is growing and gaining weight and putting more pressure on your bladder which has less space so you have the urge to empty it more often, the bruises are probably from your baby kicking you, I had the same thing from my daughter, but to be safe let your Dr know. Good Luck
