That is a not as easy as it would seem. Where Tom Landry is legendary, Jimmy Johnson is really behind the Cowboys winning 3 Superbowls in 4 years. The only thing that makes Landry a better coach, is he was allowed to perform over a longer period of time.

Tom Landy Is better with Jimmy a close second!

Gotta go with Landry, but only because he was an innovator. He brought in the 4-3 defense to the NFL and won 2 Superbowls. Jimmy was good, but that trade with Minnesota of Herschel Walker for players and draft choices, gave him so much talent, any coach should have been able to win with that team.
