1. I can't control my hunger.
2. I am unable to control my hunger.
3. I need help controling my hunger; I can't controll it on my own.

I can't help my hunger because I have not eaten today.
I can help to control my hunger but I don't want to.

It is not grammatically correct.
What exactly are you trying to say?
Are you saying you are hungry?
OR
Are you saying you cannot control your hunger?

To use your example:

I can't help controlling my hunger.

I can't help but think that she is a total idiot.

When I see chocolate, I can't help myself.
