Yes. The first time I wrote my mechanic's licence exam. I put the answer for number one in the answer number two slot. Every answer after that was off. Didn't get one right.

In a quiz I got 0. It was a "how immature are you?" quiz which says a lot really.

yeah, because i didn't show up for one. i was losing my virginity then so that in my opinion is a legitimate excuse. that was in middle school.
