A professional pedicure can work wonders but keep in mind that you are risking getting foot fungus and other nasty problems due to the fact that most nail salons do not disinfect the place where they put other ladies' feet.
ingredients for pretty feet:
get the old nail polish off first,
let your feet sit in a tub with warm soapy water for at least 30 minutes,
take a pumice stone and scrub off dead skin,
push back cuticles (don't cut them),
while feet are moist (yet not soaking wet) apply lotion,
paint nails

Go and get a pedicure...Your profile pix shows tha you are a guy, so dont be embarrased to go to the beauty shop and get one.
I have certain male co-workers, who are straight & married, and like to go and get pedicures;even manicures....
Try putting on a good moisturizing cream and scrub them with a good scrubber.....
Make sure that you wear comfortable shoes and well fitted to allow them to get some air. And when you get a chance wear sandals....

go for a professional pedicure.
My daughter's friend was ashamed of how her feet looked in sandals. My daughter convinced her that if got good pedicures her toes could look really nice.
And... it worked!

Me too! I don't think I'll ever have them unless I have surgery though. Mine look like wide thumbs with nails that grow upward. Yuck!
