not only do you need to throw out the pop tarts but also the toaster. Anything that can catch a pop tart on fire is not safe to have in house. Unless, it just need cleaning. You could have way too much crumbs down in toaster.
P.S. refrain from dipping pop tarts in gasoline before toasting them. Ha Ha

I think the bigger question here is, "What about the toaster?" Try some waffles in the toaster. See if they catch fire as well.

They'll be fine. The foam will serve as extra frosting. With all of the regulations from the EPA and such, I'm sure that your pop tarts will be ok. If they turn out ok, send me a copy of your recipe.

Well, im not sure you'd want to be the stuff that can stop fire in your mouth. I wouldn't because you don't know how it'll effect your body. But if you've already have i guess its no big. hope i helped a lil!
