Hello people. I have made a website and was wondering if anyone could go see it and tell me what is good and what is bad about the site.

It's good that it's quite clean.
A few problems though:
- a misplaced colon near the left menu
- the text style of the left menu links is inconsistent
- the image in the middle is nice but loads way too slow to be considered a plus (If I didn't want to analyse the entire site I would have left it the very next second; the first thing you notice is that it's a picture website... well if the first picture loads that slow on my broadband connection then I don't feel like waiting for any other picture)
- you must create thumbnails to use on the homepage and not make them smaller by forcing it through HTML
- I notice all the pictures are huge in size: compress the original images more because they are very large and download very slow (reducinq quality to 50% keeps the photo just as good to the eye but it's 5 times smaller in file size)

Suggestions: the home page is *agonizingly* slow to load! Find a friend who has a dialup connection (I suspect you don't!) and test it there, and you'll see what I mean!)
The background color in general is a turn-off (to me, anyway). Make your website more cheerful!
Photo gallery: The background color of the page should give an exciting contrast to the brown tones of the photos. Otherwise the photos will appear to be *very* drab.
"My photo gallery" link: give fair warning that a password will be required!
In the "Links" table, actually, when you think about it, *nothing* is necessary (all is self explanatory) except THESE words:
Update history, Info, In the works, Contact me
Navigation bar: Give some hint as to which page the viewer is currently viewing, so one does not waste time attempting to click the current page's title!

good: nothing, bad: everything - you obviously have no idea as to the basics of web design - and I stress the term DESIGN - in both aesthetics and usability.
Look at any other similar website ans ask how yours can match up to it and be better than it.
May sound mean but I'd rather give an honest answer than be a sycophant.

Website good, but it took the pictures a long time to download. I got bored and didn't wait for them to finish downloading.

i really like this web site but it is to much pop ups and spy ware but i got Internet protection so the website was really cool
