I have quicktime and windows media player but when I want to watch the trailers all I get is the sound with a green screen.

it would be easier to find what you're looking for
though the screen is quite small and the quality may be not very good
you can see whatever you want:)

you probably need to update your Directx and possible your video Codecs. I would start with a Windows update and manually look at the list of available updates. You may need media player 9 and DirectX 9 or whatever the most recent one is.

There is always a chance that your video card just can't handle it.

Let them play through once, and then try again. Even on a fast internet connection it takes a while to download videos.
