I would walk a mile to start trying to get in shape, walk for a charity event such a rely for life (which i have done), or anything that could help someone in need such as an event like that. How about you?

My good health! I've had two heart attacks, and my doctor says that the ONLY 'exercise' I can get is walking or yoga ... and I do BOTH, and love both, because I 'feel really well' now, again, after five years of 'very ill health' ... so I really 'enjoy' my walks ... and I can 'stop and smell the flowers' on the way, too ... which makes the 'walks' slightly better than the 'yoga sessions' ... I really love 'flowers' and other plants.
