Actually I found it on the floor and my husband said he told me but I didn't even know that my cousin was graduating this year until my mom asked me if I was going. I said we hadn't got one and its another way of them ignoring us. So my mom told me not to tell him that we weren't invited, she didn't want him to get a complex ( They haven't exactly been very nice to my husband, ignoring, leaving him off the birthday list, not including him in family pictures) So I thought that they hadn't invited us. So now that I find out that we were invited, what should I do?

Send a card - no gift - write a nice note in the card saying you hope the day was a great one, they're in your thoughts and best wishes. Short but sweet and smiple.
There is no reason for you to feel badly. Just let it go with the note and wishes. Anything else might just cause more drama.

Send a card and don't worry about it. If you normally send a small gift like a check or something, include that as well. If the graduation has already passed, it's still better late than never. Simply say you just recieved the invitation, they don't need to know why.

You should send a card and write a note in it apologizing for not coming. Just say something along the lines of
John,
Congratulations on your graduation! We are so happy for you. Sorry we could not make it to the big event. You were in our thoughts and we wish you all the best as you start a new chapter in the book of life.
Best wishes,
Jack and Jane

I would send a lovely card and not go. If they haven't been nice to your husband, why put him through an uncomfortable day? You should try to put yourself in his shoes; send a card with your congrats and conveniently say you made other plans as you didn't know she was graduating. Plan a special day and evening out with your hubby!

Call them and tell them the truth. You could send a little gift too. I know they haven't treated you very well but show your good character, not your reaction to their flaws. You will feel and be the better person for it.

I'd just send a late card with a $20 inside.

You waste your time worrying about a cousins graduation?
WHY? Why would you even want to go? Its not that big of a deal.

Hey who cares they treat your husband like **** who knows maybe he was the one that hid the invitation so like that he doesn't have to go threw the embarrassment on them treating him like if he doesn't exist. His feeling might not want to get hurt again..
