how can you remove iron on lettering from sweatshirts?

Just an idea......Put a piece of waxed paper over the lettering & iron over it repeatedly, & hopefully it will work. If you used a bare iron, it would make a big mess on your iron.

Heat will probably allow you to remove them, but the glue will probably stay on the fabric.
