mean to animals ? i was watching animal rescue yesterday and these idiots put duct tape around the dog's neck cause it had a gash instead of bringing it to the vet i mean even if you had no $$ i'm positive that a vet would help the poor thing, and don't you think these people should be convicted? sorry it;s so long but i think this should be adressed you?

Yes, I get so angry at people like that.
But some vets are not as worthy as you make them.
I have a cat that had his left ear nearly split completely off. I took him to a vet, (were i live) and was told that because I didn't have the money, they would not even see him.
I was outraged. It was the kindness of a stranger that saved my cat. He offered to pay the bill, and asked for nothing in return.
But knowing that he did use this vet. I was able to pay him back.

I can't even read past your question because that behavior bothers me so much. I just think that people bully animals because they can get away with it - they don't have the self-respect they need to communicate maturely with other people. Unfortunately, these people need a lot of psychological help, but I'll bet a very small percentage get it.

Or when people go away and dont feed their animals? Or use them as punching bags? Or stick firecrackers into them?
I've resuced everything from half starved puppies to torn to pieces hamsters from people who just didnt give a damn!
What possesses a person to be so vile and pathetic!?
Animals can bring so much joy to your life! My kitten alone has left me with some amazing tales to tell as well as happy feel-good moments of just her and me, on the chair, warm and content.
Why hurt them when you can adore them and get such love and loyalty returned back to you in buckets?

it really does show lack of care even medical tape a paper towel and some hydrogen peroxide.. is only about $10

I recommend lifetime imprisonment. Some people think that animals are just mindless creatures which of course they are not.

I watch those types of shows too. I really hate those people who neglect or abuse their animals and their punishment should be very serious.

because they feel like they have power. they have a yearning to be in control. like many people, they feel like they need to control something that doesn't need to be in control. unfortunatley for the poor animals, they're their main target for control freaks. it makes me wonder why they can't just be anorexic like all the other control freaks... lol
