Upgrade to a wireless router. I went in to pc world and they gave me all the info.

You didn't provide much details in your question. However ,to share internet connection between two or more computers, you need a device called a "router". YOu can either use wireless or wired, but that means your computer that is away from the internet connection will need a wireless card (this may be built in if its a newer connection). Routers generally cost about 30 - 50 dollars.

If you don't want to string wire (i.e., an ethernet cable), a wireless router will do the trick. You will need to have a wireless card in the computer, of course. The whole deal will cost less than $100 -- possibly a lot less.

the easiest & neatest way would be to buy a wireless router
You would then need either a wireless card in you computer or you could purchase a USB dongle
