Far too many clever complicated unhelpful wrong answers here from people who haven't a clue.
The answer is Ctrl / Alt / Up arrow. Failing that, System Restore.

Some computers have settings which rotate the screen.
if you can, try looking upside down and see if you can find any settings in the control panel for you graphics card or also on the system tray where they sometimes are (the bottom right part near the clock)
also sometimes it is on a shortcut key which is why it often happens. try pressing things like ctrl+UP, ctrl+shift+UP and see if it works...

right click your desktop and select properties, then select setting tab, hit advanced and there should be an option for you graphics card there, if you go into properties in that there should be a setting for rotation to turn the screen back around again. Depending on your card it might be a bit different but still under graphics properties and rotation.

Right click an empty area on the desktop, click Properties and then Settings, a now click Advanced. There should be a setting to "Rotate" your screen here.

Hi there
This happened to my cousin. I'm struggling to remember what she pressed, but it's something to do with causing the screen to "rotate" in Windows.
Try pressing some of these:
Ctrl-Alt-Up - right side up
Ctrl-Alt-Right - 90 degrees
Ctrl-Alt-Down - 180 degrees
Ctrl-Alt-Left - 270 degrees
(If that doesn’t work, try Ctrl-Shift-R)

That's hilarious! Just check your monitor settings. There is somewhere in there that allows you to "rotate". You do this by pushing the buttons on the monitor itself (not in the computer's control panel).
