Ok, Megan's Law is a good Idea, in therory. But what about the people it hurts. Good Families are distroyed. Men who havn't done anything go to jail. Someones biggest crime is not locking the door and they go to jail because of one sentance: "Endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in sexual conduct, which would impair or debauch the morals of the child". ... That is, when your son or daughter walk in on you and your partner having sex. Those parents go to jail, people!!
Now, who agrees that Megan's Law is a good Idea, it just needs to be re-written?

If a convicted child molester moved into the house across the street, I'd defiantly want to know !!!! but i do agree that this law needs some amendments to be made for it to be properly effective, a person could wrongly be put on the sex offenders registry for public nudity (which i don't think is a good thing) but could be little more than harmless fun like skinny dipping or mooning or urinating in a pubic place..... not very nice but not something which requires a sex offenders label to be put on this person for the rest of there lives

I don't for one!
Megan's Law is effective the way it is now. You are citing an infrequent incident that can be explained in court, if it goes that far.

Megan's Law was enacted to protect children not unmarried people having sex! You can't amend the law for just one type of activity. But for the locking of a door, people go to jail? Why wouldn't you lock the door. Take responsibility for your own actions, not blame the law!

Good Grief!!!!!!!!

No. That is not the intent of the "Megan's Law". I have never seen a case example that disproves the Law in fact....if you have a more explicit story to tell than what is posted, then we can enact on that; however your "example" is ludicrous! If you claim you are "harmed" by the "Megan's Law" cite specific, verifiable examples.

Has not Megan's Law been repealed as unconstitutional?

Maybe, just maybe I'm wrong about that, but I'm not wrong about it being unconstitutional.

Yes as long as the name doesn't change.
