Hmmm, that's a hard one.. These days we have quit a few characters running countries.... It's a toss up between Bush(he makes me laugh with all those faces he makes, but I love him)... Irans leader... (can't spell his name) but he says some silly things... And Chavez... Because he's like a big kid.. He acts like he just slammed Pres. Bush everytime he talks about him...

I'd say Tony Blair.... funny kind of leader doing a "world tour" as if he is some kind of pop star instead of either running this country or having the good grace to get out and let someone else do it rather than all of us waiting for 6 weeks in limbo land while he goes round signing autographs. Now thats a funny kind of leader.

Nancy Pelosi, as the speaker of the House. If Hillary gets elected, she'll not only be the funniest president, but the stupidest. (You did say leader, not president).

Bush is the funniest because he makes you laugh harder the more serious he tries to be.
And when he tries to use big words, I just lose it. I love the time he exited the press conference and the doors were locked and he just looked at the press with that dumbass look on his face. LOL, the guy's a riot!

Gotta be Bush..........

Look at the man, he resembles a chimp, has the intelligence of a retarded monkey AND he cannot open his mouth without putting his foot in it !!!!!

It would be funny if it wasn't for the fact that so many have died through his actions and many more will.

They are all pretty pathetically comical and I would not award one of them a prize for being funny or even sensible.
