Two problems. Get an appliance repairman.

The oven may have a burned out element, it uses 220V, your dishwasher use 110V and if it runs, it has electricity and it may have a burned out element.

If you have reason to suspect a problem with the house wiring, then call in an electrician and let him verify the condition of the wiring.

Good luck.

Check voltage at your panel. Sounds like you lost a hot leg.

Have power company check voltage on the load side of your meter.

A loose neutral will not keep your 220v oven from heating properly, unless you have 120v controls.

Before calling an electrician, and spend a lot of money, check the fuse box for any problem, both heating elements work on 220 or 2 phases, most often, and your microwave is 110 or 1 phase. One phase may not be working, and a blown fuse or tripped switch on the fuse box, may be your problem.

You could have a loose neutral. Have an electrician check your connections at the breaker box and appliances.

It sounds as if you have a neutral that is crossed or loose. Unless you are familiar how to troubleshoot this call a qualified electrician, but have it done ASAP.
