In the movie 300 the soldiers had gorgeous bodies. I heard somewhere that they weren't real but animated or brush on or whatever you would call it. Is this true?

Nope, those were the real deal. They spent weeks training at Gym Jones under Mark Twight. You can look up a few clips on how they trained and what kind of workouts they did to sculpt those wonderful muscles.

yes...some soldiers there are computer animated. I 've watched the making of the movie and the soldiers weren't that many. The location is also computer generate because it is shot in a green background. In the movie, there seemed like a thousand men fighting but in the making, it there were only 30.

Many of the leads and soldiers endured intensive physical training. The films director Zack Snyder also endured the training with his actors to show them he was with them all the way.

They were airbrushed. There is no way you can find that many guys with abs of steel. Can u imagine how much time, effort and personal trainers it would take to get everyone in that kind of shape? Trivia about movies is available on www.imdb.com

i do not know, but i can tell you that it is a posibility, or they went out to every gym in america to find these guys. I have not heard that though.

i saw the guy who played leonitis (spg) in men's health magazine. that was his real body and it looked amazing. i can't speak for the rest of them though.

no they all were real b/c they i belive they got the Marine Corp to the some of them or somthing but anyways yes they r all real

the spartans' bodies were animated to perfection. the guy who played leonidas isn't that big and jacked.
