99% of the time sex 2 days before your period will not result in a pregnancy. The egg is no longer fertilizable at that point, and the sperm would not live long enough for your next egg. A period is the shedding of the unused egg and uterus lining. If your lining just shed then even if there were an egg to fertilize, it would not be able to implant. The egg is only good for about 24 hours after ovulation, which occurs about 14 days BEFORE your next period. Sperm can live for 5 days so your fertile times are 5 days beofre ovulation, up until the day afterwards.

Maybe you're just paranoid. Having sex 2 days after period is very slight chance you can become pregnant. The chances are higher if you have sex 10 days after your period.
