Depends on what I'm making or using it for and who I am making it for.
I generally prefer real sugar in things like tea, cereal, baked pies/cakes, etc.
I like to sweeten oatmeal or BBQ sauces, etc. with Honey (or Molasses).
When making treats for my diabetic mother, I've found Splenda has the best flavor and works the best.
