If you live in America you should start with the underage prostitutes in your own city!

You can't save them all unfortunately, but if you can save even ONE, it will be an achievement. Go to Christian Children's Fund ( the one Sally Struthers does the commercials for). You can "adopt" an overseas kid for about 10 bucks a month. That ten bucks will be able to buy her some new clothes and schoolbooks to keep her in school and off the streets. I did it years ago for an Indonesian kid and the program really works. They even had the little girl send me letters thanking me and some of her drawings from school. Just drop a pay movie site from your cable line-up or stop going to Starbucks twice a week and that money can be used to keep a kid out of prostitution.
