it's for a bakeshop and it has three branches. my father runs it and he records it manually. maybe there's something that could do it automatically to give him some convenience... n maybe he'll double my allowance if that will work great.... : )

You obviosly have a computer, what do you need that your computer doesn't have on it, or that you can't make yourself? You can create and name files can't you? Backup everything onto jump drives, I love them.
