i say everyone get half days with full days pay. cause were all still trying to recover from the weekend. and the bosses cant hold any meetings that will put u to sleep till wednesday.

that's not a BAD idea, but i'm more for every weekday being renamed and alternating back and forth between Thursday and Friday.
Thursdays, you work harder to get all your work done so Fridays will be easier, maybe bail out an hour or so early. if your payday is either of those days, you'd get paid an average of 2.5 times a week.
also, in the lawn care field, as i am, everyone's lawn would be mown on Thursday or Friday - my customers' preferred days!
