Thanks Billy for making all of us your heroes & I must say that you're a hero too :) and now to answer your question, all I can say is that I really don't know. The only thing I know is that I always try to be my very best and if that can inspire someone in anyway then I think I would be pretty much humbled & grateful. And I also believe that despite of all our imperfections as humans, we all have a "Hero" inside us that dares to take on life everyday, no matter what & never gives up no matter how hard or rocky the road might be. And this is something I truly believe is worth celebrating....

I'm a middle school teacher...I'm a hero to belligerent, hormonal, ignorant 13 year olds and to the teaching profession which is glutted with elementary teachers!

A cat got a bone stuck in her throat, couldn't get it out, but I could. My not so old niece thought I was a hero then.

I cannot say for sure. I hope that I am my little girl's. There could be others, but they have never told me. I know I have many unsaid heros.

As strange as this may sound, my mother's. I inspired her to put her fears aside and go after her life long dream of getting her college degree. She's graduating next month and I couldn't be any more proud of her!

my cats. their mother was abandon when she was pregnant and the cats were born in the wild, possible prey to eagles and coyotes. but, through persistence, i rescued each one and they are now happy, healthy and safe.
