Yes, I hear they are good. I have met loads of people film shoots who are there because castings suite got them the job

Yes, what do you need to know i ask myself. If you are a serious person that wants a career in Acting you should be in the Spotlight Book. If you give spotlight a call they will tell you all you need to know. If you are not in Spotlight yahoo search and read up all about it.

I have heard of "The Casting Lounge" which goes back to the early days of Hollywood. It refers to the lounge where producers seduced young would be starlets for the chance of a role in one of their movies.
I would avoid any agency with this name it concocks all sorts of conotations.
