What is the policy to using the pink ribbion?

I need to find info on the policy of using the pink ribbon logo for my own use.

you have to have permission.
you can't just use it.
Ask the Susan G Komen foundation
though I'm not sure they own it.
You could ask the American Cancer Society.
I learned this recently but don't remember who owns it.
