If they are free ones or ones you have made ( sound clips or recordings) you can save them and send them to another phone, but you will find you cannot sent most ringtones because they are copyright protected.

It to tally depends how U go tthe ringtone file. If You have purchased the ring tone U cannot trnsf the file in any method.
If ring tone was send via Bt. Then U can but as long as the file format for the tones supported by yr new ph. If tones preinstalled like Nokia tune U cannot trnsf.

If both phones have a bluetooth and infrared connectivity,YES.But it happen sometimes that both cellphones must have a compatiblity(brand names and models).You can also try to activate the multi-media setting from the network provider.

some phone store information on a sim card if your tone are stored on a sim then you will have them on the new phone but if they are stored on the phone then they must be copied and sent to new phone
